The latest on the progress on Bellus Apartments consists of extensive structural and concrete work. As such there isn’t a lot of interesting points to report as this part of the build takes place. However the work that has been made is progressing well with the structure now complete up to Level Two.

Structural framing is underway on Level Two and Three with the next stage of concrete pours to follow. Recent wind and heavy rain has affected the critical crane operations however we are still on schedule for construction completion.

On our photography visit we were able to walk through the basement and see the progress that has turned a hole in the ground into a secure basement. All the columns are now installed in the basement with work such as electrical, fire sprinklers and plumbing to continue.

We are pleased with the progress happening on-site and construction remains on schedule for our settlement date fourth quarter of 2017.
